The venue is centrally located so it is easy for anyone in DFW to commute to; the lighting, the decor, the bar/buffet arrangements, make-up room are all well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. We recently hosted our children's graduation party at this venue, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The venue setup was beautiful, well-organized, and offered excellent value for the price. The pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of service and amenities provided.
The location is another major advantage—it's conveniently situated for guests coming from Plano, Frisco, The Colony, and even McKinney, making it easy for everyone to attend.
I highly recommend adding the cold sparkles and bar (we had mock tail bar) package. They were a huge hit with our guests and added a special touch to the celebration. The bartender did an outstanding job, providing friendly and professional service throughout the event.
Most importantly, the event management team was exceptional. They handled every detail smoothly, were responsive to our needs, and ensured everything ran according to plan. Their professionalism allowed us to relax and enjoy the celebration with family and friends.
If you're looking for a venue for a graduation party, birthday, wedding event, or any special occasion, I would highly recommend this place.

We recently hosted our daughter’s 18th birthday and graduation celebration at the Grandion Event Center, and I can honestly say the experience was amazing from start to finish.
From the very beginning — booking the venue, understanding the process, and planning the details — the team made everything smooth and stress-free. The hall itself is absolutely beautiful: spacious, elegant chandeliers, gorgeous lighting, and a very versatile space that works with any decor style, whether traditional, contemporary, or modern.
A special thank you to Abhishek, who was incredibly helpful during the booking and reservation process and made sure we had all the information we needed.
On the day of the event, Hari was phenomenal. He was present throughout decorations, coordinated seamlessly between all the vendors and teams we had arranged, and made sure everything stayed on track.
The waitstaff was efficient, professional, and always working quietly in the background to keep everything running smoothly.
And a huge shoutout to JP, who was absolutely outstanding. He was always available whenever we needed something, stayed on top of every detail, took care of both us and our guests, and ensured everything flowed perfectly throughout the evening. Whether it was coordinating the sparkles, cloud effects or moving tables around, the team was incredibly responsive and efficient.
The venue itself is very thoughtfully designed, with great flow between the bar area, dining spaces, restrooms, and event space. What we loved most is how flexible the venue is — you can truly make it as grand or as intimate as you want.
Overall, we are so grateful to the entire team for helping create such a special celebration for our family. Beautiful venue, wonderful people, excellent service, and an experience we’ll always remember.
